What categories of personal data do we process?
equensWorldline collects data received through this website that personally identifies you (hereinafter referred to as “personal data”):
- Contact and Identification Information e.g. first name, last name, company name, country, email address, gender (only used for letter salutations),

This data is collected via several forms on our website (‘Subscribe to our newsletter form’, ‘Download whitepaper form’, ‘Download Infographic form’ and ‘Servicedeskcontact form’), emails received from you and information provided by accepting cookies on our website.
equensWorldline does not collect data that falls under the special categories of personal data (e.g. data revealing health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs).

We do not transfer data (retrieved via our website) to third countries (outside of the EEA region).

How we secure the collected data
As a payment service provider we keep security of our data in high regard. This is no different for the personal data of our website visitors. To that end, we provide appropriate administrative, operational, technical and physical security controls to secure the data we collect through our website.
Your personal data will be treated confidential and only processed by those who are entitle to process your personal data for the time needed and within the context of the purpose of the processing.
If you want to receive our online newsletter, you have to provide us with your consent by completing the ‘Subscribe to our newsletter form’ on our website. After submitting, you will receive an email with the request to click on the link to confirm your email address. The online newsletter will be provided to you via email. Each email will contain a link in the footer of the email to unsubscribe.
If you want to download a whitepaper or infographic, you have to provide us with your consent by completing the ‘Download whitepaper form’ respectively the ‘Download Infographic form’ on our website.
If you use our ‘Servicedeskcontact form’ on our website for requests for information, we will also ask you for your consent to use your personal data to respond to you.
